A roster of suitable candidates will be established for this post as a result of this selection process for both fixed-term established and general temporary assistance posts.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs tasks as instructed by the Head of Investigative Planning and Operations and the Head of the Operations Support Unit;
- Participates in the collection and analysis of information, intelligence and evidence related to general security and specific incidents;- Prepares daily situational reports to assess impact on mission planning;- Acts as the focal point in the Operations Support Unit for the preparation of risk analysis and threat assessments in relation to the planned and ongoing investigations; e) Participates in the gathering of information on the whereabouts of suspects and their support in the field;- Participates in required field activities;- Works effectively in close cooperation with other members of the Office;- Registers information and other intelligence collected;- Perform other duties of analysis or collection.
Essential Qualifications
a) Requisite competence:
- Relevant university degree;- Training in analysis techniques of crime, intelligence or security;- At least 4 years of relevant experience (2 years if in possession of a master's degree) in analytical activities, with a special focus on security and/or related field;- Good knowledge of logistical and security requirements pertaining to field missions;
- International experience.
b) Requisite skills:
- Strong reasoning skill, including ability to understand complex scenarios of crime, handle simultaneously conflicting information and hypotheses, to identify source biases, and to develop sound logical inferences.- Advanced computer skills, including ability to operate efficiently databases, searching engines and data mining, specialized analytical software, GIS, statistics and graphic applications;
  • - Ability to work effectively and constructively in teams;
  • - Excellent ability to administrate and handle complex and voluminous sets of records and facts;
  • - Ability to work under stressful conditions and time constraint;
  • - Ability to work in a non-discriminatory manner, with respect for diversity;
  • - Ability to keep strict standards of confidentiality and security;
  • - Professional integrity. 
    Knowledge of languages:
     Fluency in either of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is essential. Working knowledge of the other is desirable. Knowledge of another official language of the Court would be considered an asset. (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish)
