ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for an experienced developer to join in the development of the next generation of experiences and business processes for Dynamics CRM. In this role you will be focused on design, implementation and delivery of high quality features that not only deliver cutting edge user experiences and solve complex business problems but also scale to support active usage around the world 24x7. You are expected to be independent and solve complex technical challenges within cross discipline feature crews to achieve high quality results.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE (YOU)
The ideal candidate is a strong Software Development Engineer with a proven track record of delivering products.
- Passionate, self-motivated and customer focused.
- Strong problem solving and design skills and established knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- 6+ years of experience in software development/testing related to online application development
- Solid experience in an OO Language like C# or Java
- Experience with HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript and other upcoming web technologies
- Experience with Web Services and n-tier applications in general
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server ideally in a multi-tenant online environment
- Experience designing and testing for performance in an online environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
- Able to collaborate across feature crews, teams and discipline boundaries to deliver compelling end to end experiences
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
