Solution Sales Professional Dynamics ERP, FTE, Warsaw 

Job Purpose: 

The Dynamics Specialist Sales Team is responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions into all segments. Their focus should be on complex, “depth” deals defined as an opportunity threshold value in large, competitive, and strategic Enterprise accounts. 

Key Tasks: 

* Prospecting and qualifying ERP (AX/Nav) opportunities, 
* Articulating Microsoft cloud vision, developing trust with key relationships, and world class at MSPP (Microsoft Solution Sales Process), 
* Accountable for deal management, 
* Leading and orchestrate commercial, technical, and services interactions and follow up, 
* Deliver winning business case and proposal, 
* Manage commercial escalations and change request, 
* Be on top of WW trends and IT market situation in Poland, 
* Creating and maintaining solution opportunity generation plans that contribute to Account Planning efforts within the ATU (Account Team Unit) and STU (Specialist Team Unit), 
* Exhibiting outstanding operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration, 
* Bringing customers to agreement on the business value of proven solutions - including detailed financial analysis such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI), 
* Closing deals by reinforcing the business value of solutions and acting as an interface between customers and partners/Services. 

Skills: 

* Proven results leading and negotiating complex, competitive software and/or services opportunities, 
* Minimum 10+ years’ experience selling to Enterprise accounts, 
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and develop lasting relationships with “C” level executives and BDMs, 
* Strong project management and sales operations skills, 
* Strategic leadership combined with a strong ability to execute and drive for results in an ambiguous environment, 
* A thorough understanding of the typical procurement procedures, internal structure, culture, and competitive landscape within Enterprise, cross-industry accounts, 
* Experience in the Outsourcing/Hosting/SaaS/Telco space including related sales processes, customer and partner requirements, 
* Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in the field and at corporate to positively influence outcomes, 
* Ability to lead virtual teams, quickly gain respect from peers, and drive team towards clear accountable goals, 
* Higher education degree, 
* Strong analytical skills, 
* Understanding of partners, consulting companies ecosystem, 
* Fluent English and Polish, 
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
