JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Médecins sans Frontières – Switzerland (MSF-CH) is a private non-governmental organization, which provides humanitarian assistance and medical aid where is most needed regardless of race, religion, politics or gender. We are looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of:
FIELD COORDINATOR ASSISTANT (level 8) MSF PROJECT IN Rakhine State MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Coordinator Assistant supports the Field Coordinator in facilitating and building relationships with local authorities, health facilities and other partners based in Rakhine state. They are also responsible for external and internal communication and of following up on the context analysis:
  • Facilitating contacts and building relationships with local authorities and local health facilities including MOH structures. Facilitating contact and building relationship with other actors based in Rakhine state. Facilitating and following up on the context analysis (humanitarian, socio-economical and political analysis). Assisting the Field Coordinator on external and internal communications such as meetings, staff introduction and translation. Must be able to understand and communicate MSF's Charter & Principles as they related to the beneficiaries, staff, community leaders and government representative.
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA Certificate or diploma in business or HR, Admin Management or similar education University degree in: Human Relations, Law or International Relations Diploma or professional qualification on public health Bachelor with strong humanitarian experiences Successful experience in the field of humanitarian aid, with MSF or other organisations F..….
