Description
Lead Product Engineer to support the development of high performance CMOS products. The position will have responsibility for product manufacturing readiness and transition of the production into mass production.
The position requires someone with experience in all parts of semiconductor product manufacturing including development, fab, test, and packaging. Candidate should have a good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT, DFM and statistics. Background in product characterization, qualification, bringup, yield improvement, debug, packaging, reliability, quality, and product manufacturing are required.
The candidate will need to manage multiple partners/vendors over multiple products to achieve the overall product manufacturing goals.
Required Experience and Skills
-10 years of experience in product and test engineering depending education background and relevant product and market experience
-Experienced in running cross functional teams
-Experience in managing vendors/partners
-Strong probability and statistics background including DOE
-Good understanding of manufacturing test
-Good understanding of packaging
-Knowledgeable in DFT and DFM techniques
-Good understanding of CMOS process technology
-Good understanding of design flow
-Good software skills, especially in scripting languages
-Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability
-Good understanding in quality management
-Direct experience in IC production
-Experience in both EFA and PFA
-Strong presentation and communication skills

-Good background in risk probability analysis
-Device physics background
-Program management experience
-Image Sensor background
