Hiring Unit Overview
  • To support the development and execution of LDV Programs such as Leadership Development, Performance Management, 360 assessment process, Diversity & Inclusion and Mentoring.
  • To provide project management support to all the initiatives under LDV.
  • To perform support activities related to the launch, implementation and administration of LDV initiatives.
  • To perform data analysis of information related to LDV initiatives.
Description of Functions/Activities
  • Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets and reports for various audiences on different projects and aspects for the LDV Team.
  • Prepare and maintain an integrated roadmap of initiatives in LDV, associate project plans and milestones and action plans.
  • Provide logistical support for the implementation of LDV initiatives. Assist in the coordination of internal meetings. Assemble, review and organize information and documentation for meetings and resentations.
  • Aid in the development and execution of the communication plans of LDV initiatives, including presentations, brochures, other marketing materials and associated logistics. Translate documents and content as needed in English and Spanish.
  • Carry out research of best practice and academic information related to the Leadership and Employee Development technical field.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Academic Background: (area of required specialization)
Students pursuing a BA Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite and Survey Monkey
Languages: English and Spanish
